Terms of Service

To ensure an absolutely safe physical training and learning environment, KIDSmoov Franchise prescribes mandatory service terms for all students and parents participating in experience at the center.

A. Safety Rules

Compliance with instructions: Every child participating in the KIDSmoov Franchise Gym and Innovation Lab area must strictly comply with the guidance of the Coach and supervisor.
Health status: Parents are responsible for notifying the reception in advance (or updating on the Moov App) about children's medical history, allergies, or current injuries before participating in activities.
Restricted areas: Children are not allowed to use advanced sports equipment (such as climbing walls, horizontal bars) without direct supervision of the Coach.

B. Dress Code

Comfortable clothes: Children should wear elastic, sweat-absorbent sportswear; do not wear clothes with metal attachments or sharp zippers to avoid injury.
Non-slip socks (Mandatory): To ensure maximum hygiene and safety on EPDM floors and Gym equipment, 100% of children and parents entering the Active Zone are required to wear anti-slip rubber studded socks. (Socks are available at the Reception if the family has not prepared them).
Personal belongings: Please remove watches, jewelry, glasses (if no retaining cord) and store personal belongings in the Smart Locker system before playing.

C. Liability & Insurance

Risk insurance: KIDSmoov Franchise is equipped with a public facility liability insurance package. We will be responsible for incidents arising from technical errors of equipment or direct negligence from the operation team.
Disclaimer: The center is exempt from legal and financial liability for injuries occurring because children or parents intentionally violate safety rules, use equipment for the wrong purpose, or problems stemming from the child's pre-existing medical conditions that were not notified in advance.
