Refund & cancellation

We want every family to feel confident about their commitment to KIDSmoov Franchise. This policy outlines what happens if you need to withdraw or cancel.
Trial period
Within the first two weeks of a new term, families may withdraw for any reason and receive a full refund of the unused balance. The first two weeks are designed to help families and students confirm the fit.
Pro-rated refunds
After the trial period, refunds are pro-rated based on remaining unattended sessions, minus a small administrative fee where applicable.
Cancellation due to illness or relocation
Families withdrawing due to extended illness, family emergency, or relocation may request a full credit toward future enrolment, valid for 12 months. Documentation may be requested.
Event cancellations
If we cancel a workshop or event for any reason (insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, force majeure), registered families receive a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled session at their preference.
How to request a refund
Email kidsmoov.vietnam@gmail.comwith your child's name, term, and reason for withdrawal. We aim to process refunds within 14 business days.
