MoovPark and the Moov OS technology platform are committed to protecting the privacy and data security of every family with the most stringent security standards.

A. Personal Data Management

Encrypted storage: All registration information (name, age, medical information, check-in history) is stored encrypted on Moov OS cloud servers.
No commercial trading: We commit NOT to sell, exchange, or provide family data to any third party for commercial advertising purposes. Data is only used to personalize student learning paths and send progress reports directly to parents.

B. Image Privacy & Surveillance

AI Camera System: The center is equipped with an AI-integrated security camera system for the sole purpose of safety monitoring and child learning analysis; this data is only extracted when an incident requires verification.
Photo Reports: Images/videos of children during learning at the Gym or Tech Lab areas are automatically and securely sent directly to that parent's Moov App account.
Marketing consent: KIDSmoov Franchise will not use close-up images of children for marketing campaigns or mass advertising (Facebook, Website, signage) without receiving written consent or electronic confirmation from parents.
